Butterscotch, marshmallows, and chocolate – need I say more?

- 1/2 cup butter
- 12 oz. butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vanilla
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cups nuts, chopped
In a saucepan melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the butterscotch chips and brown sugar; stir constantly until melted.
Remove from heat and stir in eggs, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until thoroughly combined. Stir in vanilla and set aside to cool.
When cooled, stir in the chocolate chips, nuts and marshmallows.
Spread into a 9×13 pan lined with parchment.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Let cool before cutting into squares.
