Easy French Dip Sandwiches

  • 2-3 lb. beef roast
  • 1 au jus packet
  • 1 ranch packet
  • 14 oz. broth
  • 1/2 cup sliced Greek peperoncini

Place all ingredients into a pressure cooker.

Cook on high for 75 minutes.

Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before releasing the remaining pressure.

Remove beef and peperoncini from the pot and place onto a rimmed tray. With a fork, shred the beef.

Reserve sauce for dipping.

Serve shredded beef on toast buns. We like to melt Swiss cheese on our buns while they toast.
