Making your own hummus is quick and easy!
Homemade Hummus
- 1 15-ounce can chickpeas, drained
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
Optional ingredients:
- 2-3 roasted red peppers
- 3-4 cloves roasted garlic
Place chickpeas into a food processor. Pulse 2-3 times. Then add the remainder of the ingredients and process until smooth.
Adjust seasonings as desired.
