Easy Swedish Meatballs

When my kids were little they loved stopping by IKEA for their meatballs!! I’m not usually a fan of “cream of” soups, but it makes this copycat recipe super easy!

Easy Swedish Meatballs

  • 30-40 prepared meatballs (I use the Italian Meatballs from Costco)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp white wine or chicken broth
  • 1 2/3 cup water
  • 1 tbsp dehydrated onions

In an electric skillet add the cream of soups, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, white wine, water, and onions. Stir to combine.

Add meatballs, and stir to coat.

Turn the skillet on medium heat (approximately 300 degrees) and cook for 30-40 minutes. Stirring frequently to prevent the meatballs from sticking to the skillet.

We love this served with roasted potatoes and lingonberry jam on the side.
