Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Crepes

Savory filled crepes with a creamy cheese sauce.

Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Crepes

  • 4-6 crepes
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups steamed broccoli

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a 9×13 pan with cooking spray.

Divide chicken and broccoli between the crepes. Roll up and place into prepared pan.

Pour sauce over the top, sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly then broil for 1-2 minutes to lightly brown the cheese.

Cheese Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Pepper to taste

Melt butter in a saucepan. Add flour and cook stirring constantly until flour browns slightly. Add milk all at once and continue stirring until the sauce thickens. Stir in cheese until completely melted. Stir in salt and pepper.
