Perfect for a quick lunch or after-school snack that is quick, easy, and filling!

Classic Chicken Salad

  • 2 cups cooked chicken chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • 1 green onion diced
  • 1 Tbsp diced yellow onion
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder 
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Dash dill
  • Dash cumin
  • Red grapes, cut in half, if desired.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

If using grapes, I like to stir those in just before serving.
