Need a quick dinner that is full of flavor yet super fast & easy? Then, this salmon recipe is for you! I love to serve this with Quinoa, Black Bean & Mango Salad (recipe here).
Fast & Easy Grilled Salmon
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp raspberry balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
Pour all the marinade ingredients into a resealable bag. Place salmon fillets inside and marinate for 20-30 minutes.
Remove salmon from bag, discard marinade, and grill salmon for 3-4 minutes per side until done.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving. (I like Nonna Pia’s available at Costco.)
