Swiss Chicken

Sometimes a recipe is so easy you forget you love it and your kids remind you it isn’t on the website!! So here it is – so easy and delicious!

Swiss Chicken

  • 4-5 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 6 slices swiss cheese
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter

Spray a 9×13 pan with cooking spray.

Place chicken in pan then place a piece of swiss cheese over the top.

In a bowl mix soup and sour cream – spread over cheese.

Mix melted butter with Ritz cracker crumbs and sprinkle on top of the soup mixture.

Bake at 275 degrees for 2 ½ hours.

We love this served with rice pilaf!
