Perfectly spicy tandoori grilled chicken paired with crisp fresh veggies makes this the perfect dinner.
Tandoori Chicken Wraps
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 2 tsp lime juice
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and marinate chicken at least 30 minutes.
Soak skewers in water while chicken is marinating. When ready to grill, place chicken on skewers and grill for 7 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skewers.
Serve wrapped in naan with chopped tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers, lettuce and plain yogurt.
