Teriyaki Salmon Bowls

New favorite dinner!! These salmon bowls are seriously so delicious!

Teriyaki Salmon Bowl

  • 1 Salmon fillet
  • 1/4-1/2 cup prepared teriyaki sauce
  • 2 green onions

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add a little oil. Brown each side of the salmon.

Add teriyaki sauce and green onions and cook for 1-3 minutes until the salmon is done and teriyaki sauce is slightly caramelized.

Serve salmon over a bowl of rice topped with:

  • Edamame
  • Chopped cucumber
  • Avocado
  • Green onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Sushi ginger
  • Spicy chili Mayo (2 tbsp Mayo, 1 tbsp sweet chili and 1 tsp Tabasco)
