The BEST Honey Butter

For years I’ve searched for a really good honey butter recipe that has more depth of flavor than just whipping butter and honey together. I created this recipe and love it! You can also add freeze-dried berry powder for a delicious twist!

Honey Butter

• 2 cups room temperature butter
• 1 cup honey
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tbsp corn syrup
• 1/4-1/2 cup freeze-dried berry powder, optional

Place all ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer. Blend on medium speed until fluffy.
