Fudgy brownie, homemade marshmallow, and creamy chocolate frosting! Deliciousness!!
The Best Marshmallow Brownies
- Double batch of brownies (I use this recipe)
- One batch of Homemade Marshmallows (I use this recipe)
Frosting:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 tbsp cocoa
- 6 tbsp water
- 5 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla
Make brownies according to the directions. Bake on a large cookie sheet lined with parchment. Let cool before topping with the marshmallows. After placing marshmallows on top, place the tray into the refrigerator for 2 hours.
While the brownies are cooling make the frosting.
Frosting directions: In a small saucepan bring butter, cocoa powder, and water to boil. Pour over powdered sugar and beat until well blended. Stir in vanilla. While the frosting is still warm, pour over the marshmallows and spread until smooth.
Let cool before cutting.
